The S**ttiest Gyaru in the Class Confessed to Me

She said she liked me.

To be honest, I didn’t expect it to happen at this moment.

What I needed wasn’t a Ferris wheel, a sunset, or a romantic date plan. What I wanted was just the reassurance that things would stay the same.

“Clap, clap.”

The couple next to us was clapping.

I noticed that there were several couples and families around us, all looking at us with kind faces.

“Wipe your tears.”

Ichika handed me a handkerchief.

I see.

Everyone is paying attention because I’m crying.

“Good for you, mister boyfriend.”

A man from a couple I didn’t know spoke to me.

Ugh, how embarrassing.

Then Ichika reached out her hand.

“Let’s hurry to the movie theater.”

We arrived at the movie theater and bought popcorn and drinks. When I tried to buy two drinks, Ichika said, “Let’s share.” so I had them put two straws in one cup.

Then Ichika pulled out one straw.

What’s going on?

“Was the stray dirty?”

When I asked, Ichika replied.

“I wanna share the same straw.”

The movie was a highly anticipated work by a promising horror director, so it was much scarier than I expected. It was full of thrills, with scenes changing rapidly.

Every time the scene changed, a character died, and each time, Ichika would hold my hand.

The most shocking part was that the heroine died within the first five minutes. Moreover, there was no flashback scene, and she didn’t appear at all afterward.

(What a crazy plot twist. Was there even a point to having the heroine in the first place?)

When I turned to look at Ichika, she was watching intently.

(Better not talk to her.)

And then the movie ended.

(It was thrilling, but the mystery surrounding the heroine made it hard to follow the story, and the plot threads she set up weren’t resolved, leaving me with a lingering sense of unease…)

When the movie ended, Ichika leaned on my shoulder.

“It was interesting, wasn’t it?♡”

(I’m glad you liked it.)

After the movie, we went to a café.

Ichika was gesturing wildly as she talked enthusiastically about the movie.

“I was sure the heroine would survive until the end.”

Well, that’s true.

Usually, the heroine doesn’t die. I was surprised when she died.

“That’s true.”

“And I never thought she’d be the one who died ! !”

“That’s right.”

“But it was interesting ! !”

Ichika seemed very satisfied.

To be honest, I thought it was a bit meh, but I didn’t say anything.

“So, why don’t we check out the online reviews?”

According to my online research, review research has a boost effect on post-date discussion.

“Let’s see. Everyone will definitely give it a 5-star rating (5 is the maximum) ! !”

Ichika seemed very excited.

Well, let’s see.

User name, Masa… [The worst piece of trash. The heroine dies suddenly for no reason. Don’t even bother introducing such a heroine in the first place (★×1).]

Yeah, yeah.

I agree.

Username, Kita… [There was a rumor that the heroine was replaced mid-shooting due to an affair scandal, but after watching the movie, I understand. Forcing the heroine out made the story nonsensical (★×1).]

The heroine was replaced?

No wonder the story was weird.

Still, there are only negative reviews.

“I’ll just go to the bathroom.”

Ichika suddenly stood up.

Maybe Ichika is upset? This isn’t boosting the mood, it’s killing the romantic vibe…

Ichika isn’t coming back.

I’m starting to worry a little, when another review appears on the site.

User name, Ichi… [It’s a masterpiece. The couple is great. The heroine dies suddenly, but she’ll probably come back in the sequel ! ! (★×5)]

Ichi… That’s too obvious (lol).

Actually, I think…

I don’t think there will be a sequel.

Besides, does this ‘couple’ refer to the main character in the movie?

Then, Ichika came back.

She was in a good mood.

“You shouldn’t be playing with your phone in the bathroom.”

I said gently, and Ichika looked a little flustered.

“But…I’m so frustrated. Everyone’s opinions are too biased.”

“By the way, by ‘couple is great’ do you mean us?”

“Of course.”

“What makes it great?”

“You take care of me, you’re kind, you always make me feel safe… You’re cool. And you’ll probably give me lots of kids.”

The reasons for her affection seem more specific than before…

Wait, did this person just say “cool”? This is the first time a girl has ever called me cool… I can’t stop doing a mental fist pump.

By the way, this is the first time I’ve ever heard the verb “have a lot of kids.”

“Ichika, do you like kids?”

Ichika’s cheeks turned pink.

“Of course I like the children of people I like.”

Still, “lots of”… As I was thinking about it, Ichika continued.

“Um, but. I’m sorry. I won’t use my smartphone anymore…”

I couldn’t help but smile a little when I imagined Ichika trying her best to comment.

Well, Ichika seems to be having fun, and that alone makes this movie perfect. We were able to have a proper discussion about it, so it was good.

We left the café and walked to the station.

The first movie I watched with Ichika.

I’ll never forget it.

But that’s a bit too cheesy.

I’ll keep this feeling to myself.

Then Ichika ran back and turned around.

“The movie I watched with Sou kun. I’ll never forget it.”

“Me too.”

“And…”

“Hm?”

Ichika looked down and shook her body from side to side.

“I love you♡”

It was out of the blue, but I was happy.

Ichika continued.

“It’s just…”

“Hm?”

“Actually, at the movie theater…I wanted you to touch me a little more.”

“Eh? I thought you didn’t like that kind of thing.”

“With Sou kun, I’m not scared. I want you to pamper me more♡”

Eh?

I wanted to do it too, but I held back…

“Sou kun. Pamper me more♡”

Ichika sticks out her tongue and makes a mischievous face.

Her expression changes constantly, like a cat’s eyes.

Every time it changes, I feel happy and joyful.
