The next morning, I wake up and finish breakfast with Haruka and the others. I will be focusing on writing today, so it is important to prepare my stomach.
After breakfast, we go back to our rooms and start up our computers.
“We are going to write today! Are you two ready?”

The first part of the story was troubling, but I decided to accept Haruka’s advice for the time being. Once I start writing for the time being, I can easily write the rest of the story.

Somehow, I feel Haruka’s response was gentle. I’m honestly surprised, because in the past Haruka was cold to me and didn’t seem to take me seriously.
However, the Haruka of today is honestly easy to deal with. She talks to me positively and doesn’t hit me hard. But at the same time, I think. If the Haruka of the past had been like the Haruka of today, I wonder if I would have pursued her with such passion. Maybe I clung to her because I couldn’t have her.

Tachibana’s voice made me stop my work. Haruka pushed me away first and looked at the screen.

I was honestly pleased with Haruka’s evaluation. I asked Tachibana to take a look at the novel.
“Kurosaki san aren’t you naive?”
When Tachibana read my novel, she looked at it sharply.
“The sentences are pretty dangerous. I don’t think you understand punctuation.”
Tachibana’s sharp point made me a little hurt.
“You don’t have to go that far. Shinohara-kun is a beginner who has just started writing.”

Tachibana’s argument will prevail in this case. I want to grow up. I want to be able to write novels that people will read, just like Haruka and Tachibana.

I don’t think you need to stick to that. I still think it’s a fascinating novel.
